Britney Spears Drama Never Ends

This Britney Spears saga seems to be never ending. The judge in the K.Fed/Spears custody case has released documents basically stating a lot of stuff we've already talked about.

One of the documents says, "Based on its investigation to date, it should be noted that DCFS (Department of Children and Family Services) has concerns of its own regarding the safety and welfare of the children if the children are left in the mother's care."

The DCFS also told the court that they "request that the father maintain custody, that the mother's visitation remain monitored, and that the mother continue to drug test, attend counseling and parenting classes, and that the mother undergo and evaluation" until their investigation is complete.

People don't seem to want to help Britney Spears. All they want to do is criticize on her parenting skills and talk a lot of shit. The girl barely goes out these days and spends all the time she is allowed by caring for her kids. I think it's time we give her the break she desperately needs.

Britney Spears' Former Manager Served in Custody Battle

The saga continues in the ongoing custody battle between singer Britney Spears, 25, and ex-husband Kevin Federline, 29. In addition to her former assistant, bodyguard, and former rehab facility; Britney's former manager Larry Rudolph has now been subpoenaed to testify.
According to People, Larry -- who has been trying to avoid getting served in order to protect Britney -- was served with papers while at the L.A. tanning salon, Sunset Tan, where he is part owner. Erin Tietsort, assistant manager of the salon said,
Britney and Kevin have two children together, sons Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.

Britney Spears Target In Child Abuse Case

Let's just say it's been a bad year for Britney Spears. Spears is under fire once again as she is being investigated for possible child abuse. A hearing was held today at L.A. County Superior Court because the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services is conducting an active investigation. According to TMZ, Britney's lawyer, Dennis Wasser, K-Fed's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan and a lawyer from the Los Angeles County Counsel who is assigned to the dependency court were all present at the hearing. A second hearing in the custody case has been scheduled for September 4, which will be a follow up to today's appearance. Let's hope Britney doesn't have any more 'incidents' until then. Britney Spears's Crash Victim Files Police Report

More trouble is headed Britney Spears' way after getting in a minor fender bender Monday.

The crash victim, Kim Robard-Rifkin, filed a police report against Spears Thursday in L.A., according to CelebTV.com.

Britney Spears hit Robard-Rifkin's silver Mercedes station wagon, which was parked in a L.A. pharmacy parking lot, while trying to park Britney Spears black Mercedes convertible.

With her new pet dog London sitting on her lap and without her seatbelt fastened, a smiling Spears called herself a "brainiac" before getting out of her car and inspecting the damage, but didn't have the courtesy to leave a note for the Beverly Hills nurse.

Robard-Rifkin had no idea Britney Spears hit her car until an Australian reporter found out where she lived and asked for comments on the accident Tuesday morning.

"I found out it was Britney Spears who hit my car and I was sort of amused, sort of shocked, sort of like, 'Oh, only this could happen in La La Land,'" the Beverly Hills nurse tells CelebTV.com.

"I saw pictures of exactly what happened. It was bad enough that she hit my car, but then when she got out and slammed her car door into mine, that was sort of slightly annoying."

This news comes a day after Britney's ex-husband Kevin Federline stepped up his custody battle by filing an order to show cause for primary physical custody of their two sons.

Britney Spears - Fans Justify The Appeal

Just like his hit tune, Justin Timberlake fans are "Lovestoned" and counting the days until his concert performance tonight at Gwinnett Arena.

The pop star Britney spears who vowed to bring "sexy back" with his latest album, "Future Sex/Love Sounds," has succeeded.

Cameron Diaz, Jessica Biel and, of course, Britney Spears makes some baby boomers melt too. Timberlake's style is naturally reminiscent of Michael Jackson, but he also brings the type of heat that oozed from George Michael's 1980s hits "I Want Your Sex" and "Father Figure."

This will be Timberlake's second concert in metro Atlanta this year. He performed at Philips Arena in February.

Pickens, from Lawrenceville, works as an administrative assistant at a construction company. She's a recent Timberlake fan.

• How he hooked her: "His looks got me. I saw him on 'Saturday Night Live' and I started watching everything he was in. I saw [the films] 'Alpha Dog' and 'Black Snake Moan' and I said, 'I really like Justin.' "

• His February concert in Atlanta: "I missed it. At one point, I was trying to go to see him in concert out of state. The next thing I knew, he was in New Orleans. My boyfriend at the time was like, 'This is stupid. You're talking gas, hotel, concert tickets. Just buy the CD.' I said, 'No, you don't understand, this is Justin.' "

• Britney Spears fantasy: "I'm trying to win a dream date with Justin on Q100. They'll fly you to a concert. Then I'll get to see him twice."

• Nobody ranks with Justin: "He kind of has that Southern charm thing going on. Whenever [me and my friends] walk down the magazine aisles, if there's a picture of Justin, we buy the magazine."

• If she met him: "I would just run up to him and say, 'I'm your biggest fan.' I would try not to be rude. I was in Los Angeles last week with my family and I was looking around hoping I would see him."

Emily Shaw, 17

Emily, a rising senior at North Gwinnett High School, lives in Suwanee.

• Hunting Justin ... tickets: Just before Timberlake's concert tickets became available last April, Emily and a friend got on a school computer and waited down to the second for them to go on sale. They bought four tickets in upper-level seats but then learned that general admission seats could put them center stage.

Still holding four tickets, Emily went to Ticketmaster at Publix and found four general admission seats.

But there was a glitch — Publix didn't accept personal checks for ticket purchases. Emily ran home for the cash. When she returned the tickets were no longer available. She waited 20 minutes and four tickets popped up for sale. She then owned eight tickets at $96 each. She later sold the original four to a friend.

"It was an emotional roller coaster," she said. "With going back to school, it's the only thing that makes me excited about August."

• Worthy concertgoers: "My little sister Allison [age 12] is really excited to go. But I've been quizzing her ... about what Justin's songs are. I want her to be ready and worthy of going to the concert with such good seats."

Britney Spears is a wonderful mum, says former assistant Alli Sims

Britney Spears‘ cousin Alli Sims has denied the recent claims that Britney is bad at looking after her sons, Sean and Jayden.

Alli worked as an assistant to Britney until recently and the pair were frequently photographed together until Alli quit to launch her own music career.

She told People magazine recently that the two hadn’t fallen out as had been rumoured: “I was just [working for Britney] for a little while, and we had a great time together.”

“I love her, Britney Spears’s beautiful inside and out. We’re still great friends.”

Britney Spears added regarding Britney’s parenting skills: “[Britney]’s a wonderful mom and she is so hands-on. … Britney Spears loves those babies to death. And they adore her.”

However Britney Spears’s now ex-husband Kevin Federline is still likely to challenge the Toxic star for custody of the two boys.

Kevin’s lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told Us Weekly that Kevin would like to remove the kids from the limelight: “He is someone who has gone out of his way to protect his kids as much as possible.”

“I don’t recall ever seeing a picture of him with his kids in tow out in public because he feels that could subject them to an unnecessary risk and doesn’t benefit them. His desire is that these kids have a chance to grow up free, in as normal an environment as possible.”

“He is a very focused parent who believes that any kids, but especially kids of this young age, need to have structure and consistency and that he has always provided that and wants to make sure that they get the benefit of that as much as possible.

According to NW Magazine, Nude Britney Spears is expecting again. The shocking news was revealed to friends who claim that the pop singer doesn't know which one of her recent lovers is the father.

Lynne Spears hopeful of reunion with Hot Britney Spears

Hot Britney Spears' mother, Lynne, is hopeful the pair will reconcile soon--and insists "everything is going to be fine" between the pair.

The "Toxic" star and her mom's relationship has been strained since the singer entered rehab earlier this year. Britney is believed to be angry at her family and former manager Larry Rudolph for 'pushing' her into the treatment center.

On Thursday, Britney Spears was photographed handing a piece of paper to Lynne on the set of her sister Jamie Lynn's TV show Zoey 101, which is believed to be a letter asking Lynne to stay away from her grandsons Sean Preston, 21 months, and Jayden James, nine months.

Despite the troubles between mother and daughter, Lynne says, "Everything is going to be fine. I've got a strong family, and everything is going to be fine."

Meanwhile, Spears told reporters outside Los Angeles sushi house Unico on Sunday, "I'm praying for her right now. (I hope) she gets all the help she needs."

When asked if the pair could overcome their problems, Britney added, "In time, who knows what will happen."

Britney Spears to Sing and Dance Live on Cindy Lauper Tour

Britney Spears is set to "surprise" fans with a one-off appearance on Cyndi Lauper's True Colors tour when it stops in Los Angeles on Saturday. The singer will perform one song at the Greek Theatre gig, which will also feature Lauper, Erasure, Debbie Harry, The Dresden Dolls and The MisShapes with Jeffree Star.

Britney Spears will take to the stage with two female background dancers, her choreographer Misha Gabriel tells website www.People.com. She last appeared live in May, when she lip-synched her way though a series of brief 15 minute concerts at the House of Blues.

In January, Spears lost her aunt Sandra Bridges Covington, with whom she was very close, after a long battle with breast cancer. On February 16, 2007, Spears entered an off-shore drug rehabilitation facility in Antigua. She stayed, however, for less than twenty-four hours. . . The following night, Spears went to a haircutting studio in Tarzana, California and subsequently shaved her own hair off with clippers. A few days later, on February 20, 2007, Spears admitted herself to a treatment facility in Malibu, California. A statement by her manager read, "We ask that the media respect her privacy as well as those of her family and friends at this time."

Julia Roberts Gives Birth to Baby Boy

(Reuters) - Oscar-winning actress Julia Roberts gave birth on Monday to a baby boy, her third child with husband Danny Moder, People magazine reported on its Web site.

Roberts and Moder, who are also parents of two-year-old twins, welcomed Henry Daniel Moder at a Los Angeles hospital, her spokeswoman told People.

"The Moder family is doing great," Marcy Engelman said.

Engelman was not immediately available for further comment.

Roberts, 39, who won an Academy Award for playing the title role in the 2000 film "Erin Brockovich," married Moder, a 38-year-old cameraman, in 2002 at her ranch in New Mexico.

Roberts gave birth to twins Phinnaeus and Hazel in November of 2004.

TALK show queen Oprah Winfrey has replaced Tom Cruise as the most world's most powerful celebrity and jailbird Paris Hilton has dropped off the annual Forbes magazine list of the 100 most influential stars.

Golfer Tiger Woods ranked second while singer Madonna was No. 3 on the list, which aggregates earnings and media presence to evaluate a celebrity's power.

Winfrey jumped two spots on the ninth annual list, released on Thursday, with earnings of US$260 million (S$400 million) from various media ventures. Woods moved up from No. 5 but made less than half Winfrey with US$100 million in the past 12 months.

Editor of the Forbes Celebrity 100 Power List, Lea Goldman said Winfrey's ranking was no surprise.

'She is pretty much a top five perennial, just based on her earnings alone she usually ranks up there,' Ms Goldman said.

The Rolling Stones, who Forbes said earned US$88 million this year, took the fourth spot.

After making the Forbes rankings for the past three years, hotel heiress Hilton was off the 2007 list. Also not making the cut were actress Lindsay Lohan, who has not made the list since 2005, and singer Nude Britney Spears, last ranked in 2002.

'We look at celebrities as brands and when you talk about those girls, you're talking about diminished brand value,' Ms Goldman said.

'It's not enough to just be a headline, and it's not enough to pocket a paycheck - you have to have both.'

Cruise dropped to No. 8 from top spot last year, yet still showed his power by securing a deal with Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to revive United Artists movie studio.

Two other actors broke in the top 10 this year and surpassed Cruise with Brad Pitt hitting No. 5 and Johnny Depp taking the sixth spot.

Singer Elton John moved up this year's list to No. 7 from the 16th position with US$53 million in earnings, while Jay Z, the rap star-turned-music executive and boyfriend of singer Beyonce, made his debut at No. 9, with US$83 million.

Paris Hilton Goes to Jail, Shocked Her Get Out Jail Free Card Doesn't Work

Last night while you were knocking back shots on limoncello in tribute to Bobby Baccalieri, Paris Hilton had another woman's hand up her ass. And amazingly we're not talking about a wild MTV Movie Awards after party, but a pre-prison strip search.

TMZ reports:

TMZ was there when Paris Hilton turned herself in to Sheriff's authorities Sunday night.

It didn't go down at the jail. Paris' mega-lawyer, Richard Hutton, picked her up at her parents' house at 10:30 PM. Hilton, Hutton, mom Kathy and sister Nicky then drove to the Men's Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles -- commonly referred to as the Twin Towers -- where Paris officially surrendered to the L.A. County Sheriff to begin her 23-day sentence.

The Sheriff devised the plan of surrendering miles away from the actual site where Paris will be doing time because the crush of paparazzi at the jail created a potential safety hazard.

Paris was then driven to the jail in Lynwood, where she is now serving her sentence.

And how will Paris be spending her time in the can? Sneaking in her personal tanners and trying to decide if it's spelled "j-a-i-l" or "j-a-e-l". Our gossip prison warden, FemaleFirst, reports:

The bosses of PARIS HILTON's favourite tanning salon are hoping to cut through red tape in a bid to service the socialite in prison.

Sunset Tan owner Devin Haman, who also helps to keep Britney Spears bronzed, is trying to arrange at least one professional visit during Hilton's upcoming 23-day prison stint - so the heiress can top up her tan.

Haman says, "We're trying to arrange a tanning appointment while she's in there."

And according to the New York Daily News, Paris is planning to write a dear diary-style tell-all on her time in the clink. Which, considering TMZ is reporting that Paris will spend 23 hours per day in solitary confinement, should be riveting. "Deer dairy, Today I caunted things. Their is won matres in my sell, atey nine tiles on the floor, foor walls (won is made of bars), and I have ten tows. I tryd to caunt the hares on my head, but it got hard after won hundred."

With Paris in jail and Lindsay in rehab and Britney just too sad to look at, we're in for a sad month in the world of gossip. We'll have to rely on stories about Hayden Panettiere having latte binges and getting dangerously close to a caffeine intervention. We might have to learn the names of the girls from Laguna Beach and that other show, Kind of Like Laguna Beach, but Not, or whatever it's called.

Oh, and if you revel in other people's misery, watch Sarah Silverman almost make Paris cry. It's really kind of sad, actually.

Britney Spears Saved An Elderly Couple from A Jellyfish-Infested Beach during her Mexico Holiday

The 25-year-old singer - who stayed at Punta Mita's Four Season hotel over the weekend - warned two older guests to be careful when strolling along the picturesque waterfront.

Singer Britney Spears reportedly told the older couple: 'Be careful, there are lots of Man o' War jellyfish washing up on shore, you don't want to get stung.' Britney Spears - who travelled to Mexico with a friend on Thursday (31.05.07) and arrived back in Los Angeles on Sunday (03.06.07) - showed off her tanned and toned figure in a skimpy thong bikini during her relaxing sunshine break.

The HeldenFiles - Lohan Behold -- Again

Lohan Behold -- Again. Lindsay Lohan headed back to rehab Tuesday, after what appeared to be another lost weekend. The New York Post says Lohan kept partying in spite of her recent DUI arrest, and could be seen passed out in her SUV on Memorial Day.

``A series of shocking photos show a rubber-limbed Lohan stumbling out of the trendy club Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel, then sprawled in the front passenger seat of her black GMC, her head lolling back, her mouth agape and her heavy-lidded eyes firmly shut,'' says the Post. ``Lohan was so out of it, a witness said, that she wasn't even aware of the flashes from paparazzi snapping the photos.'' ``Sources tell TMZ that the former OC star was at a friend's Memorial Day BBQ enjoying a few holiday cocktails when she began to feel extremely ill,'' says the site. ``Mischa, who has been quite sick with bronchitis since traveling to Cannes, London and Paris the past several weeks, apparently didn't get the memo -- you can't drink alcohol while taking antibiotics!''

Fashion Flap. The New York Daily News says Liza Minnelli wants the

Halston tunic worn by Ilse Werther in Real Simple magazine -- because Minnelli says it's hers.

Halston reportedly gave it to Werther's mother, artist-designer Maj Kalfus, after she worked with Halston, who died in 1990. But since Halston designed it for Minnelli, why not give it to the singer? Kalfus told the Daily News that ``because of Minnelli's weight fluctuations, the dress didn't fit her by the time it was finished.''

Britney Spears' hair has grown to two inches and looks 'hot', according to a backing dancer

The 'Toxic' singer – who shaved her head after suffering a breakdown, just days before entering a rehab facility – is still wearing wigs, but her dancer doesn't think she needs to.

Backing dancer Crisilla Crossland told the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper: "It's grown about two inches and it looks hot. She looks so good she should model. She joked to us 'Would y'all cut your hair?' But none of us have.

Britney Spears Wallaper Is Back! Britney Spears Comeback Begins Weds In Anaheim

Britney Spears movie' comeback is going to tale place a lot faster than most thought. Yep, Britney Spears' much anticipated comeback begins next week. Britney spears has got fans buzzing about when she'll make her big comeback performance after reportedly pulling the plug on a show in Los Angeles late on Wednesday night.

Britney Spears reportedly spent all day Tuesday rehearsing at Ivan Kanes Forty Deuce, where she swapped costumes with dancers in December. On the club's website, boss Ivan Kane says, "She came on stage during rehearsals, looking very hot, with four back-up dancers and sang three songs ... they ran through the set several times, the choreography was smokin', and she sounded great."

She was supposed to perform Wednesday night but apparently decided that she needed more time to rehearse for her comeback performance, and left fans extremely disappointed.

We do know, however, that Britney spears is scheduled to perform next Wednesday at the Anaheim House of Blues under the band name M+M's. We have comfirmed this from two additional sources. The "band" will also be playing the Sunset Strip HOB on Thursday.

According to our tipster, the M+M's consist of Britney pics and "3 or 4 back up female dancers."

Prince William`s ex Kate Middleton, 25, proves she will have no trouble finding a new man after shooting up the top 100 to 25th place from 94th last year.

The brunette is one place above TV presenter Holly Willoughby, 26, and two above Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle, 21.

Troubled singer Britney Spears, 25, is back in at 54, after falling out of the list last year.

Bob Geldof`s daughter Peaches, in 55th place, and Theo Walcott`s girlfriend Melanie Slade, in 96th position, are in the top 100 for the first time.

Supermodel Kate Moss, 33, has sneaked into the top 100 at 68 thanks to a late surge from fans who heard that she was set to be booted off the list.

Troubled pop star Britney Spears reportedly blames her manager for "pushing" britney spears into rehab, which she claims has stalled her career comeback.

The 25-year-old singer ended up in a California clinic after a number of headline-grabbing antics, including shaving off her blonde locks and arriving at Hollywood parties without underwear.

But the star is blaming the bizarre series of events on manager Larry Rudolph and is reportedly "miffed" at him for forcing her to seek professional help, according to The Scoop.

A source says, "There is tension. He's been trying to get her to get help, and she doesn't feel she needs it.

"Britney Spears only wants people around her whom she trusts as she works towards her comeback."

The Toxic singer has already started working on her new album with hitmakers Pharrell Williams and Ne-Yo.

Larry Birkhead has been named as biological father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby daughter Dannielynn after a lengthy paternity case.

The news was released as a delighted Birkhead and his attorney Emerick Knowles staged a press conference outside the Bahamas courthouse, where recent DNA test results were announced on Tuesday.

Photographer Birkhead has been battling paternity since the baby girl was born in the Bahamas last September.

Outside court, he said, "I'm excited."

Asked what he thought Smith would think of the news, Birkhead told reporters, "I think she would be proud that I fought it."

Birkhead's next step will be to fight for custody of the little girl he has only briefly seen in the six months since her birth.

But he plans to process the good news he is Dannielynn's father first, adding, "That's all up in the air."

Birkhead will return to court on Friday for what is believed to be the start of his custody battle.

Anna Nicole's longtime companion, Howard K. Stern, who is listed as the baby's father on her birth certificate, has been acting as her guardian since Smith's death in February. britney spears underwear

Sources close to Stern claimed last week that he wouldn't challenge Birkhead over custody if the photographer was named the baby's biological father.

Stern confirmed this when he joined Birkhead on the steps of the Bahamas courthouse.

He said, "My feelings for Dannielynn have not changed. I'm not going to fight Larry Birkhead on custody. We're going to do what we can to make sure that the best interests of Dannielynn are carried out, and I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure he gets full custody.

"As far as I'm concerned, Larry can come over (to) the house and spend as much time with her as he likes right now. I'd like there to be a gradual transition period for her so there's no harm caused to her."

Anna Nicole's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, is expected to challenge Birkhead for custody of the baby.
