She emerged from the "Promises" center with a bunch of new hats, new wigs, a brand new smile and she has looked fabulous until she stepped out to celebrate her kid sister's birthday. That's when she wore a see through white shirt and her breasts were again exposed like a Hollywood new release on display for the world to see.
